As a result of the unprecedented COVID-19 situation, out of concern for the public and our Outlet partners, ticket sales have been restricted to only Mail-in requests over the past two weeks.
 
Under these exceptional circumstances, we have applied to our Licencing Agency, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), for an amendment to our Licence allowing an extension of the draw dates and the ability to provide alternative sales methods to our valued customers during this crisis.  
 
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to those individuals seeking to purchase tickets.  We have received conditional approval to reschedule the Early-Bird and Grand Prize draw dates and also to provide options an alternative sale method.  We expect to have these in place over the next two weeks.
 
In the meantime, we request your continued patience as we implement these changes and look forward to a return to normal times.  The support we have received over the years has been truly exceptional and we know that the needs of the Charities we support will be even greater this year.
