The Rotary Club of Thunder Bay (Fort William) is pleased to announce the launch of our 34th annual house lottery and to invite you to visit this year’s home at 317 South Creek Street located in the River Terrace development.  

Our Grand Prize Draw this year is a beautiful Lormar Construction (Mario Michieli) custom home complete with finished basement.   The value of the house, complete with kitchen appliances and a large screen TV, is $589,946 (including HST and Land Transfer taxes).  The draw for the house will take place at approximately noon on , Thanksgiving Day October 12, 2020 at the Grand Prize Lottery House, 317 South Creek Street.

The house features three bedrooms on the main floor plus an additional two downstairs (basement), four-piece bath in each of the main bathroom, ensuite and basement, quartz counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, Mirage hardwood flooring(main floor), high-efficiency furnace, air conditioning and air exchange system, upgraded trim package, Frigidaire Professional Line kitchen appliances, finished basement with, gas fireplace, 55 inch flat screenTV, wooden deck and heated garage.

As always, we are including an additional $50,000 (10 X $5,000) in Early Bird draws. So, for $100 you have the opportunity to win a GRAND TOTAL OF $639,946 IN PRIZES.

The first EARLY BIRD draw will be Friday, July 3rd, where $5,000 will be given away. Then each Friday thereafter, until September 4th, another $5,000 will be awarded. You are welcome to come to BDO, 1095 Barton Street at 11:30 am on each Early Bird date to view the draw. Our main draw, for the HOUSE, will take place on Thanksgiving Day at the Grand Prize Lottery House at approximately noon.

All Early Bird draw winners will be contacted by phone following the draw, announced in the Chronical Journal and on our website www.fwrotary.ca, two days following the draws.
