Jodi Phillips is a seasoned health care executive and lifelong community advocate, currently serving as President of the Fort William Rotary Club. With over three decades of leadership in Ontario’s home and community care system—including her most recent role as Vice President of Patient Care and Experience at CarePartners—Jodi brings a deep commitment to service, compassion, and innovation.
Throughout her career, Jodi has led large, complex teams and system transformation initiatives across Ontario, and more recently in Atlantic Canada, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and collaboration. She is known for her authentic leadership, strategic vision, and unwavering belief in the power of compassionate care.
A proud Rotarian since 2008, and previously Club President in 2014-2015, Jodi returns to lead the club during the 2025–2026 Rotary year with a focus on mentorship, meaningful service, and community impact. Her leadership style reflects Rotary’s core values—Service Above Self, Integrity, and Fellowship—and she is committed to empowering others to make a lasting difference.
Jodi holds both a Bachelor’s degree and diploma in Gerontology, and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resource Management. She lives in Thunder Bay and enjoys storytelling, creative projects, and time with her Husband Gilles and Daughters Krista (27) and partner Kait (27) Sydney (24) and family and her remarkable furry friends!
